Un transbordeur électronique est un appareil servant à transborder, c’est à dire à transporter la cargaison des hourdis vers les étuves pour assurer le séchage de ces derniers.
Le transbordeur existant chez la Sté HEB appartient à la Sté espagnole Poyatos.
Il se caractérise par :
• un chariot multi fourches de 10 niveaux ;
• Lorsqu’il y’a une coupure d’alimentation électrique il y’a toujours le risque de perte de cargaison des côtés du transbordeur à cause de freinage instantané du moteur.
• automatisme et système électrique pour travail totalement automatique et programmable ;
• optionnel : rotation 180 degre ;
• charge : 8 t.
II. Problématique :
• Lorsqu’un opérateur marche à côté du transbordeur les capteurs de sécurité donne la consigne au calculateur pour arrêter le transbordeur, alors une combinaison de probabilité d’apparition d’un dommage et de la gravité de ce dommage. Lorsque ce dernier est provoqué intentionnellement, on parlera de risque de sureté des personnes.
III. Solution :
Les solutions trouvées sont : • Faire la conception générale du mécanisme en ajoutant des baguettes latérales dans les deux côtés du transbordeur pour minimiser les conséquences d’inertie (première loi de Newton) lors d’une coupure de tension.
